The 1st National Seminar on Green Chemistry and Green Hydrogen (GCGH 2026)will be held on June 07, 2026, at Tissemsilt University – Ahmed Ben Yahia Elwancharissi, Algeria. This inaugural edition represents a significant step toward promoting sustainable scientific research and innovation within Algeria.

The seminar is organized by the Materials Chemistry and Applications Laboratory (LCMA)within the Faculty of Sciences and Technology, under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Algeria. It aims to establish a national platform for knowledge exchange in green chemistry, renewable energies, and environmentally responsible technologies.

GCGH 2026 seeks to provide a comprehensive state-of-the-art overview of chemical sciences, with special emphasis on environmentally benign processes, sustainable materials, hydrogen production technologies, and clean energy systems. The seminar encourages interdisciplinary collaboration among chemists, physicists, engineers, environmental scientists, and industry professionals.
